Architect led Design and Technical Advisory Team, including the Employers Representative and Resident Engineer to deliver the conversion of a protected structure, the Masters House Kinnegad into an Economic Enterprise Hub.
The specific services in respect of the project will be delivered in five discrete stages
• Stage (i) Project Inception and Preliminary Report
• Stage (ii) Design Stage, Statutory Planning and Design
• Stage (iii) Tender Action, Evaluation and Award
• Stage (iv) Construction
• Stage (v) Handover and Final Completion
Full description of the services required by the Client is provided in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule for the Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
