• Scheduled maintenance work comprising Fire Alarm Maintenance, Emergency Light Maintenance and General Maintenance Check
• Reactive, ad hoc and emergency work as and when required. The reactive, ad hoc and emergency work may comprise work to be done by the following: electrician, plumbing, handyman, carpenter and painter.
