The CRU website is the primary tool used for communicating with energy and water customers, industry professionals and a wide range of other stakeholders in the public and private sectors. CRU is in the process of launching a new website which is expected to go-live during Q4 2022.
The Service Provider under this contract will be required to further develop, optimise and improve the website over the new contract term. This will include, but is not limited to, continuous improvement of the end user experience, enhancement of design, and the addition of new services and / or functionality to take advantage of advances in digital design and innovation. Support and maintenance of the Wagtail website is also required.
