The Contracting Authority requires two tissue processors for use in its Histopathology Laboratory. Initially, the successful tenderer will be required to supply, install and commission the required equipment. Following the expiry of a warranty period of twelve months’ duration, a contract for the support and maintenance of the equipment of four years’ duration will be awarded. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, upon the expiry of this four-year contract, to award subsequent contracts governing the support and maintenance of the equipment, each of twelve months in duration, until the obsolescence of the tendered equipment.
