The development proposed includes;
(i) hard landscaping, (ii) new boundary walls, (iii) footpaths (iv) street lighting.
Soft landscaping measures includes; (i) green areas of open space, (ii) a play area, (iii) planting, (iv) trees.
The development proposed includes;
(i) connection to public utilities, (ii) drainage, (iii) all associated site works.
