Short description
The contracting authority would like to invite tenders for the supply, implementation, and support of a Booking and Property Management System (BPMS). This system is envisaged as being a next generation platform and will facilitate the contracting authority in realising potential efficiencies in workflows and processes in its existing Residences business models, alongside opening access to new market segments and revenue streams. The new system will allow enhanced functionality for system users, including the contracting authority and customers, and provide increased market visibility to a range of customer groups.
The contracting authority requires a system which will efficiently manage the residences expanding campus residence portfolio through alternating business models, both sequentially and concurrently, while also extending the reach of the contracting authority's existing commercial business model via OTA and direct website bookings.
