The Contracting Entity is looking for suitability qualified contractors to submit tender proposals for the development of new Port lands at Durnish in Foynes, Co. Limerick. The Works will comprise the following main elements
• General site clearance works
• Construction contractor’s compound and site set-up.
• Temporary traffic and pedestrian management measures.
• Construction of new access road (Road A) and junction with existing port Estate access road.
• Raising of ground levels with fill material to a typical height of +4.44m OD Malin.
• Provision of all associated services including water mains, electricity ducting, communications and information technology ducting, public lighting, foul sewerage network, storm water infrastructure and modification to the existing OPW drainage attenuation system.
• All associated site development works
