Short description
The objective of this Request for Tender is to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the provision of consultancy services to carry out Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR) and Appropriate Assessment (AA) for the preparation of Planning Authority Plans and Projects as required, including - County Development Plans, Local Area Plans, Area Based Transport Assessment / Local Transport Plan, Urban Framework Plans, Master Plans and any other relevant plans, projects, programmes, works etc.
Services are required, as considered relevant and as the need arises, by individual local authorities as framework purchasers. Accordingly, for the purposes of this framework, potential framework purchasers include Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council and South Dublin County Council.
