Description of the procurement

The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) invites suppliers to tender for the provision, installation and configuration of a SCORM Engine 2017.1 compliant or equivalent Learning Management System (LMS) to manage and track ICT specialist online learning activity.
The DHLGH is seeking an on demand eLearning platform that would enable the Contracting Authority to undertake self-paced learning in various ICT specialist related disciplines, Statistics, and Data related fields. Refer to RFT Appendix 1 for full details.
