Service contract will be for a duration of an initial 5 years with the option to extend for a further 2x 12 months (i.e. 7 years total).
Tenderers are advised that the extension of this licence will be contingent upon, amongst other matters, the successful tenderer’s performance, various financial considerations and the continued strategic appropriateness of the licence. It should be noted that a full commercial review of the licence including all financial, operational and service components may take place on the extension of the licence agreement.
