Description of the procurement

This is a call to competition by AN POST for service capabilities and partnership in delivering in session dynamic messaging capabilities that can be utilised across the whole An Post digital business. This will enable us to communicate with our customers from inside a logged in session (where we know the customer) and allow us to trigger various messages to the customer through various UI and in built functionalities. The solution will be driven by a central data warehouse in An Post and requires the messages which are delivered to be sophisticated and intelligent. At the outset we may look to deliver messaging driven by customer behaviour type data as the integration while the integration with the central data warehouse is ongoing so that we are delivering some value iteratively.
The Contract, the subject of this competition is a Single Party Framework Agreement for 3 years with an option for one or more extensions by up to 2 years, at AN POST’s discretion, up to a maximum duration of 5 years’ subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
