Short description

Tenders are invited for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of new and pre-owned Mobile Homes to Cork City Council to the following specification:
All pre-owned Mobile Homes must be robust and of such quality that the recipient can reasonably expect that, subject to normal living conditions, the Mobile Home will last for a minimum 5 years.
A minimum of two bedrooms is required increasing to three bedrooms or four bedrooms depending on family needs and again by agreement with the Council. The Council may require Mobile Homes that cater for those who may have special needs due to limited mobility, physical or other disabilities.
Residential Specification BS 3632 is the British Standard or EN1647 is the European Standard industry norms for permanent residence Mobile Homes and gives guidance on thermal insulation, materials, equipment, etc used to build and insulate Mobile Homes for permanent residence. All Mobile Homes must comply with the above standards as a minimum requirement.

Description of the procurement
