Works are between one and 3 storeys in height and include deep retrofit and conservation works to historic structures. 52 Residential Units are proposed with the following mix: BLOCK A, Convent Building 4 No. 1Bed Apt, 6 No. 2Bed Apt (total 785 Sqm) and community space (total 73.65 Sqm) 3 Storey existing convent building. BLOCK B, ‘Ha’penny Babies’ Community Space (total 65.64Sqm) Single Storey existing building. BLOCK C, School Block, 4 No. 1Bed Apt. (total 219.52Sqm) and community space (total 334.66 Sqm) 2 Storey existing school building. BLOCK D, New Build, 5No. 2 Bed Apt (total 285.94Sqm) over 2 and 3 storey block.
