Short description
The loading, removal and treatment of a stockpile of farm plastic in Co Waterford. The stockpile consists of approximately 5,700 tonnes of farm plastic, which is predominately silage wrap, but also contains some chemical drums, netting and twine. Most of the plastic is baled, but the condition of the bales cannot be confirmed. The tenderer shall be required to propose a method to load, transport for treatment and treat the farm plastic waste, this shall include all waste authorisations required, including but not necessarily limited to waste collection permit, waste facility permit and TFS authorisations (if required). Preference will be given to tenderers who propose a treatment process higher in the waste hierarchy. All waste will be required to be removed from the site and accepted at the waste facility and invoice submitted by November 12th 2021 to allow payment of invoices in 2021
