This tender is to appoint a Consulting firm to progress both the Engineering and Environmental elements of the Wexford Town and Environs FRS. The Project shall comprise of up to five stages, as set out below:
- Stage I: Identification and Development of a Preferred Scheme
- Stage II: Planning/Development Consent Process
- Stage III: Detailed Construction Design, Compilation of Work Packages, and the Preparation of Tenders for Contracts
- Stage IV: Construction Supervision & Project Management Services
- Stage V: Handover of Works
