Jigsaw would like to upgrade their current estate and prepare for future growth by upgrading their overall network infrastructure. Ideally Jigsaw would like a single supplier who could meet the end to end communications and hosting requirements. At a high level these are:
1. A single network, offering secure data and voice communications between all locations.
2. A telephony solution covering all locations
