Short description
NIBRT is looking to procure an instrument for cell therapy development applications. The desired platform is one that supports the rapid development of assays using single cells to enable exploration of cell therapy features, including but not limited to, screening of chimeric antigen receptor T cell constructs, discovery of T cell receptors or antigens, or exploration of regulatory T cell functions. The instrumental capabilities will be used by NIBRT as part of their current expansion and diversification to support all aspects of advanced therapy development and manufacture. The proposed instrument will be used to further our understanding of T cell immunotherapies through exploration of their phenotype, function and genotype.
