The Office of Public Works (OPW) intends establishing a multiparty Framework Contract for the purposes of delivering on maintenance and minor building works for the greater Dublin Region. The Office of Public Works (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of Building Maintenance Services and General Building Works in the Dublin Region as described in Tender Documents.
The tender is for inclusion in multiparty framework for Building Contractors.
The successful Contractors (“Participants) shall be appointed to the Framework and enter into a Measured Term Maintenance Contract for the Dublin Region.
