List and brief description of conditions:  Educational Qualification: Building Surveyor, Structural/Civil Engineer, or Architect with recognised university degree to NFQ Level 8/EQF Level 6 or equivalent.
- Professional Qualification: Building Surveyors: person named on a register maintained pursuant of Part 5 (Registration of Building Surveyors) of the Building Control Act 2007 or equivalent: Chartered Engineer as defined by the Institute of Civil Engineers in Ireland (Charter Amendment) Act 1969 or equivalent; Architect: person named on a register maintained pursuant of Part 3 (Registration of Architects) of the Building Control Act 2007 or equivalent.
- Experience: Seven years post graduate experience with a minimum of five years in building surveying and inspection services.
- Professional Body: Evidence of current membership of a recognised Professional Body.
