The Attorney General’s Office and the Chief State Solicitor’s Office operate a single domain across their respective organisations. The AGO and CSSO invite expressions of interest for the supply of a Managed Service for Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) and associated reseller services including solution deployment and on-boarding. The managed service must provide a Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) solution that operates on a 24/7 basis via a fully manned Security Operations Centre (SOC), to collate and review all security event and audit logs from AGO/CSSO devices and systems, and provide: a. SIEM Technology Management, Monitoring & Real-time Security Threat Detection b. Incident Response including Security Orchestration & Automation (SOAR) c. Service On-Boarding d. Service Management
