This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of Replacement Wheel Flange Lubrication system for ICR Fleet (the “Contract”). A flange lubrication applicator (cassette) and lubrication stick is required for the 22000 Inter City Railcar fleet to replace the automated system. Prior to supply of a fleet quantity Irish rail require two full assemblies (left hand side and right hand side) and lubrication sticks for testing purposes. If successful a fleet quantity of 130 Left hand applicators, 130 right hand applicators and a fleet quantity of lubrication sticks will be required in addition to an on going supply of lubrication sticks for the length of the contract.
