This RFT document relates to the Invitation to Tender for the delivery of Event Management Set Up including Live Streaming to Munster Technological University. This service provision includes: Event Planning, Installation Work, Hire, Event & Live Streaming.
As this tender is for Event Management and Set Up and Event Live Streaming, the University will also accept tender submissions from suppliers who wish to collaborate with another supplier to allow them deliver the full-service requirement to the University. Should a supplier wish to collaborate with another supplier. Please only submit one tender and the lead tenderer should be clearly identified. The information requested in Section 2 should be provided in respect of the lead tenderer.
