Description of the procurement

RFT 1.4 :This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”). Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Goods Contract”) will be issued for a term of seven (7) years (“the Term”). Value for Seven (7) year contract is €1,628,008.
RFT 1.5 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of five (5) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. The value of the option term(s) may amount to €33,550 per 12 month option, which may add up to €167,750.00
Bringing overall total to €1,790,758.00 (€1,623,008 for 7 years and optional five(5) years, up to €167,750)
