An ‘Ireland House’ is a Consulate (or Embassy) that co-locates with other state agencies or North/South bodies and presents a uniform and coherent brand for Ireland abroad, building on the Team Ireland concept of shared services and facilities, and collaborative working practices. Description of the procurement

The fit-out will require a high quality design solution in line with a modern European Representation that reflects Ireland as a modern society.
The building and fit-out should also reflect a sense of the Mission’s purpose, which is to enhance high level business, community, educational and political contacts to promote Ireland’s prosperity, with particular focus on tech and the creative industries. Also, to develop the Consulate General as a focal point for political and community engagement across the mission’s areas of responsibility and to take a lead role in coordinating cultural and artistic linkages to Ireland.
