Description of the procurement

To establish an energy bureau to support Wicklow Meath and Kildare County Councils (The Mid-East Region) in meeting their energy and emissions targets set out in the Climate Action Mandate, Box 9.2 of the Climate Action Plan 2021. The bureau will be established with the support of the Climate Action Regional Office (CARO) and the SEAI. The service contract is for the provision of dedicated resources for the Mid-East Energy Bureau for a 3 year contract.
