The services will generally comprise of
• Handling and processing waste streams.
• Monitoring and reporting (data collection, AERs etc).
• Management systems and proven staff experience in ISO – Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental Waste Management.
• Customer Service (facility signage, receipt system, complaints procedure, campaigns such as bulky goods, mattresses, bikes etc).
• Security systems & management during operation and out of hours.
• Management of the sites including for maximising efficiencies in layout and operations
• The legislative and regulatory requirements underpinning the delivery of a waste management service
