An Post is tendering for a System Implementation Partner to implement our new Oracle Cloud-Based Human Resources Management Solution software (“HRMS”). The HRMS will be used in respect of up to 9,500 staff plus contractors across Ireland. The supplier will be the System Implementer of our HRMS solution. In addition to working with An Post business and technical resources, the supplier will also be required to liaise and work closely with the HRMS supplier Oracle, who has been appointed by An Post through a recent separate tender process. The supplier will provide leadership in implementing this solution including necessary technical and business transformation services.
The HRMS is a cloud-based, fully integrated software system with robust data security controls. It will be accessible to staff from desktop and mobile platforms (where appropriate).
