Tipperary Race Company Plc is seeking to establish a single party framework agreement for Engineer-Led Integrated Design Team Services to progress a project to deliver an All Weather Track at Tipperary Racecourse.
The successful integrated design team or single point design team (SPDT) will be composed of a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Engineer (Civil) – Led Design Team to provide relevant consultancy services in respect of the Project. These services shall include Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering, Planning, Ecology, Archaeology, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Lighting Specialist, Quantity Surveying (Cost Consultant), All Weather Track Surface Specialist, Energy-Efficiency Renewable Specialist, Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) and all other services required for the satisfactory delivery of the Project.
The successful integrated design team or single point design team (SPDT) will be composed of a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Engineer (Civil) – Led Design Team to provide relevant consultancy services in respect of the Project.
