Description of the procurement

Clúid Housing are seeking applications from suitably qualified service providers for an Integrated Housing Management Software (HMS) solution to manage day to day operational requirements and strategic management requirements now and into the future.

It is envisaged that the top 4 scoring applicants will proceed to the ITN stage, subject to that number meeting the minimum pre-qualification criteria detailed in the PQQ.
