Description of the procurement

The Central Bank is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for supply of temporary staff on short term placements (generally anticipated to be up to 10 months).
The objective is for the Central Bank to have flexibility to source temporary staff roles at short notice. The Central Bank has requirements for three types of temporary staff roles, 1) General Administration, 2) Banking, Finance and Professional roles 3) Senior Central Banking roles.
The successful Tenderer will be required to identify suitable candidates, having regard to the Central Bank’s specification for the role; submit CVs (typically with a minimum of seven days’ notice); and organize interviews if required by the Central Bank. The successful Tenderer will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary working visas/permits are valid for candidates, and for submitting candidate documentation to the Central Bank for security clearance.
