Short description

An Post are seeking a reputable facilities management contractor with a proven track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building fabric, grounds maintenance, cleaning & associated services, works projects and helpdesk services across their circa 200 property estate in the Republic of Ireland.
An Post expects the FM contract to commence in October 2022 for a period of 5 years with an option to extend the contract by up to a maximum of two years at An Post’s discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. An Post may extend the scope of this contract to cover the FM service provisions, to selected other locations.
Organisations invited to tender will be required to provide a service delivery model and comprehensive costs to perform the services to specified standards under an output-based contract.
