The solution will be driven by a central data warehouse in An Post and requires the messages which are delivered to be sophisticated and intelligent. At the outset we may look to deliver messaging driven by customer behaviour type data as the integration while the integration with the central data warehouse is ongoing so that we are delivering some value iteratively.
