(ii) Oversight, administration and management of the scheme to include;
• Premium collections and management
• Claims management
• Liaison with Local Authorities on all matters as they relate to operation and administration of the scheme
• Regular Reporting

Justification:  
The LGMA is required to proceed with an accelerated tender procedure to ensure that cover is provided from 1st January 2022. The LGMA will be the contracting authority for the purpose of this tender and it will adhere to the same terms and conditions as the current contract that is in place, namely life and disability. This procurement will last for a period of one year.
