The purpose of the Competition is to establish a multi-party framework agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) with suppliers for the provision of Student Engagement Services. The framework will consist of a single primary supplier and a single backup supplier.

Quality criterion - Name: Demonstrable experience in creating new partnerships and/or cultivating existing partners (including sponsorship and/or co-funding) between academia & industry for marketing & promotional services / Weighting: 10%

Quality criterion - Name: Project plan for an example underperforming programme related to five CAO milestones and student survey / Weighting: 25%

Quality criterion - Name: Quality and Balance of Resources which can include listed sub-contractors to form end-to-end marketing team. / Weighting: 15%

Price - Weighting: 20%
