Description of the procurement

Iarnród Éireann is seeking to procure a hosted/Cloud based FP&A system which must be capable of fulfilling the following financial planning and reporting requirements below across their 5 reporting base entities and top level consolidated entity.

Iarnród Éireann are looking for a system with complex modelling capability to support driver based planning, budgeting and forecasting or model-based reporting as required by Route-Profitability reports.
Iarnród Éireann’s objective is to avoid the costs associated with developing a bespoke and customised FP&A solution but would rather gain benefit from configuring a market leading FP&A solution already developed for wide use amongst rail/transport in general and be capable of ongoing development.
