Short description

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (the Authority) is seeking to appoint a single party entity for the provision of services in order to ensure the delivery of it’s Sustainability Implementation Plan that will requires a significant level of organisational and cultural change in addition to strong stakeholder management and engagement (both internal and external) and robust governance arrangements. It is in this context that TII is seeking to procure the services as set out in the tender docuements. The successful tenderer will be required to deliver such services as:
Strategic Sustainability Programme Management Office (PMO);
Collaboration, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications and
Additional Associated Services.
The framework contract shall be for a period of three years with the option to extend for a period of up to one additional year.

Description of the procurement

TII exists to fulfil an important purpose of national strategic significance, touching the lives of citizens and visitors alike on a daily basis. Our purpose is to provide sustainable transport infrastructure and services, delivering a better quality of life, supporting economic growth and respecting the environment. We wish to establish a single party framework for the provision of Sustainability: Cross Organisational co-ordination, monitoring and programme management services.
