Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin seeks an established online business process automation solution which is appropriate to receive, triage, generate forms and reports and store ethics applications. The system must be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The workflow system must be customised and rolled out to one Faculty within 7 months of contract finalisation. System optimisation and roll out to all Faculties is required by August 2022. The solution should be accessible via a web-browser over a standard internet connection from both on and off-campus locations. Approximately 1500 new applications are expected per annum.
