Description of the procurement

Monaghan County Council (Contracting Authority) are proposing to commission and appoint suitability qualified, experienced and competent Architectural Led Design Team Consultants (Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team) to provide all required consultancy services to deliver the proposed Castleblayney Market House & Market Square Project - Castleblayney Market Square Regeneration Phase II. The Design Team Consultants will be required to provide all necessary professional consultancy services in terms of design, planning, project management, procurement, environmental and construction management, contractor appointments, contract management and administration, final certification and all related consultancy services on a phased basis for the Castleblayney Market House & Market Square Project from Stage (i) Preliminary Design to Stage (v) Handover of Works.
