St James’s Hospital Board herein known as the Contracting Authority (CA) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced interested parties for the Provision of Patient Privacy Intelligence Software Solution.
St James’s Hospital is seeking to partner with a provider that can provide a patient privacy intelligence software solution.
The Patient Privacy Intelligence (PPI) software will be used to detect and prevent threats such as compromised user credentials, rogue insider attacks and collaborative insider attacks. The solution will allow for investigations into alleged security breaches.
The software will provide a business critical, real-time, predictive, compliance and information security platform complete with dashboards and governance, visualization, behavioral analysis and advanced filtering that is open and collaborative with Cerner EPR. Data integrity monitoring is the foundation of regulatory compliance, legal defensibility and information security.

Description of the procurement

St James’s Hospital Board herein known as the Contracting Authority (CA) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced interested parties (herein known as candidates) for the Provision of Patient Privacy Intelligence Software Solution.
This procurement process is being undertaken by St James’s Hospital Board (SJH), James Street Dublin 8 on behalf of the CA. For clarity, the primary customer and the contract holder will be the Board of St James’s Hospital.
