TII seeks to appoint a Client Partner who will provide the necessary skilled resources and advisory services to support the procurement and delivery of MetroLink.
The Client Partner shall assist in the development of all procurement documentation for the scheme which shall include the tender designs, works information, specifications and contracts used in the procurement of all MetroLink Main works packages.
Tender designs forming part of the procurement documentation will be developed from the current preliminary / railway order design produced by others.
The Client Partner shall also assist TII in the establishment and implementation of programme control measures during the procurement stage and shall oversee the performance of the Project Delivery Partner (as stated in the indicative procurement approach March 2020) when appointed.
The Client Partner shall in collaboration with the existing TII Project team lead across the following project functions

The Client Partner will be procured using a two-stage negotiated procedure which is expected to commence in May 2021. TII intend to contract with the Client Partner using the NEC 4 Professional Services Contract.
