Applicants are invited to participate on a DPS for Employer's Representatives Services on Clúid Design and Build projects administered using the Construction Works Management Framework (CWMF) suite of contracts

Contract performance conditions

This DPS will be used to procure Employer's Representative (ER) services on Clúid Design and Build project nationwide. In order to qualify for consideration, Applicants must meet the minimum qualification criteria laid down by Clúid Housing. Specific criteria will apply to mini competitions arising from this DPS depending on the nature, scale and complexity of the project in question (for example insurance level and cover). Entry to the DPS is continually open for new Applicants, however an initial closing date will apply for the first round of applications.
