Short description

The IHRB requires the provision and ongoing support of an iOS/Android phone or tablet application and supplementary hardware which will, support the identification of horses via a secure microchip scanner, allow for recording of relevant information, allow access to relevant information on the track, allow for efficient second scanning of horses, produce and retain a range of information relevant to the horse, trainer and scanning and sampling processes.
