The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) is to enable the Contracting Entity to evaluate the suitability of applicants and to arrive at a shortlist of potential suppliers. It is intended that following PQQ evaluation, a number of applicants will be invited to tender for the specific requirements of the tender. The tender will be for a three year period with a provision for two one year extensions. The value over the five years is estimated at €1,400,000.00
