The contract agreement will be for [Two] [2] years, with the option to extend for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of [One] [1] year. This is in order to facilitate the integration of this Service into an extended TFM Service Tender for Outsourced Buildings. The University reserves the right to revise the extension year downwards to a minimum of 2 months should they require.
