Cork County Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Consulting Engineer (the Consultant) to lead a multi-disciplinary team including urban designers, landscape architects and architects with conservation and archaeology skills, to prepare the necessary designs, planning documentation, land acquisition documentation, construction tender documentation, contract administration and undertake site supervision within the role of Project Supervisor Design Stage (PSDS) to implement a number of infrastructure projects within the Carrigtwohill Urban Expansion Area (UEA), specified lands outside the UEA and along the Main Street in Carrigtwohill, County Cork.
