Short description

This process will establish a framework of service providers for the conduct of short economic, social and technical studies to provide evidence and fill knowledge gaps in support of circular economy policy. Contracts fulfilled under this framework will facilitate timely provision of expert assessments present insights relevant to the development and implementation of circular economy policy in Ireland. The studies will be delivered through analysis of key datasets and trends; literature review of research, policy & legislation; stakeholder engagements; and assessment of best & emerging practices. The outputs will be used by EPA and other stakeholders to inform policy development and implementation; and also contribute to wider national discussions on Circular Economy.
