Tipperary Race Company Plc is seeking to establish a single party framework agreement for Engineer-Led Integrated Design Team Services to progress a project to deliver an All Weather Track at Tipperary Racecourse.
The successful integrated design team or single point design team (SPDT) will be composed of a multi-disciplined competent and suitably experienced Engineer (Civil) – Led Design Team to provide relevant consultancy services in respect of the Project. These services shall include Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering, Planning, Ecology, Archaeology, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Lighting Specialist, Quantity Surveying (Cost Consultant), All Weather Track Surface Specialist, Energy-Efficiency Renewable Specialist, Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) and all other services required for the satisfactory delivery of the Project.
