Short description
Tourism Ireland wishes to contract a media evaluation consultancy to support with qualitative media evaluation of global earned media coverage, spanning 20 markets. As part of this contract, the supplier will provide a centralised media monitoring service for online news content across these 20 markets which feeds into the global evaluation database.

Description of the procurement
Tourism Ireland wishes to contract a media evaluation consultancy to support with qualitative media evaluation of global earned media coverage, spanning 20 markets. As part of this contract, the supplier will provide a centralised media monitoring service for online news content across these 20 markets which feeds into the global evaluation database.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents

Description of renewals:
The Contract will be renewed annually, subject to satisfactory Contractor performance, budget and other factors. The initial term will be for three [3] years, with the option to extend annually, at Tourism Ireland's discretion, for up to two [2] further years. The maximum term of the contract is five [5] years.

Previous recent experience (within the past 3 years) in multi market reporting with various and complex data feeds – please provide brief descriptions of similar relevant contracts and a list of references [30%]
Evidenced ability to tailor database metrics and outputs (reports, online dashboards) to Tourism Ireland’s bespoke needs/ requirements as outlined in the Specification [20%]
Proposed account team members with evidenced experience of supporting a global team, with multiple internal and external stakeholders though a process of change management in media evaluation metrics. [30%]
Demonstrable technical capability for qualitative analysis and tagging to be carried out either at the supplier end or by Tourism Ireland’s global publicity team (20-30 individuals, based in different geographies) [20%]
