Architectural Services for Additional Accommodation at St Canice's GNS, Finglas, Dublin 11. St Canice’s is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Catholic Archbishop of Dublin.
Please see attached Project Brief & Schedule of Additional Accommodation
In summary, the project will comprise:
• 9 x Mainstream Classrooms 80 m2 each (to replace 6 Prefabs)
• Additional Toilets 19 m2
Giving a floor area incl circulation, staircases, lift and internal walls of: 1076 m2
Also:
• Demolition of Existing 6 Prefabs 480 m2
INTERIM TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION
• Please note: Once appointed, the Design Team (DT) will be tasked with the provision of interim temporary accommodation

INTERIM TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION
• Please note: Once appointed, the Design Team (DT) will be tasked with the provision of interim temporary accommodation (Two classrooms 80 m2 each), including all required statutory approvals and compliances, to be used by the school until such time that the permanent structure has been completed. The DT are to ensure that the location of the interim temporary accommodation does not impede the development of the permanent additional accommodation.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
