• Lot 1: General Technical Staff, to include Inspectors and other general professional/technical roles.
• Lot 2: Specialist Technical Roles, which includes Specialists / Inspectors.

Description of the procurement

The Authority is inviting proposals from suitable qualified service providers to establish a multi-party framework agreements for the provision of recruitment services as follows
• Lot 1: General Technical Staff, which comprise Inspectors and Accreditation Officers Inspectors carry out site inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards in workplaces as diverse as construction, manufacturing, agriculture, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail etc. Accreditation Officers are part of technical teams that assess organisations such as laboratories, medical examination laboratories, certification and inspection bodies for compliance to international standards.
Inspectors and Accreditation Officers must have an honours degree at level 8 NFQ in a relevant discipline such as engineering, science, occupational safety and health etc. Panels of successful candidates will be established from competitions held under this framework.

The Authority is inviting proposals from suitable qualified service providers to establish a multi-party framework agreements for the provision of recruitment services as follows
• Lot 2: Specialist Technical Roles, which includes Specialists / Inspectors. These roles may be inspection type roles or policy development roles. In addition to chemists, biologists, chemical engineers, occupational hygienists, ergonomists, organisational psychologists and occupational health/medical specialists, we may also require microbiologists, virologists, toxicologists, eco-toxicologists, and other niche disciplines. Note: it is anticipated that additional sourcing strategies may be required for Lot 2 given the nature of the roles

5) This is the sole call for competition for this framework.

8) It will be a condition of award that the successful tenderer is and remains tax compliant.
9) At its absolute discretion, the contracting authority may elect to terminate this procurement process, the framework agreement or any contract awarded under the framework agreement at any time.
11) Without prejudice to the principle of equal treatment, the contracting authority is not obliged to engage in a clarification process in respect of the procurement documents with missing or incomplete information. Therefore, respondents are advised to ensure that they return completed documentation in order to avoid the risk of elimination from the competition.
12) At Section V.1.3) we have indicated that the five will be included in the framework . For the avoidance of doubt the Contracting Authority intends to appoint the following number of economic operators to each framework:
